1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all of our gardening tools, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship: If your gardening tool malfunctions due to defects in material or construction within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
  • Manufacturing defects: Any product that has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality is covered under this warranty.

2. Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under our warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear: Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use or aging of the product over time.
  • Accidental damage: Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect is not covered.
  • Improper maintenance: Damage due to improper use or failure to follow the product’s care instructions will void the warranty.
  • Unauthorized repairs: Any attempt to repair the product by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To request a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at admin@trilor.xyz with the subject line “Warranty Claim.” Please include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the defect or damage (if applicable)
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information to assess the issue. In some cases, you may be asked to return the defective item.
  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either:
    • Repair the product at no additional charge, or
    • Replace the product with an equivalent item.

We aim to resolve warranty claims within 7–14 business days after receiving the required information.

4. Limited Warranty Terms

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • It applies only to products purchased directly from Trilor.xyz or from an authorized retailer.
  • The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of use.
