1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, including tags, labels, and manuals.
- The item must not be damaged, altered, or used in any way.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at admin@trilor.xyz with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), as well as instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation that came with it. Make sure to include your Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the package.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for the same product or a different one, we will cover the cost of the new item’s shipping.
- Refunds: If you are requesting a refund, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you paid for shipping at the time of purchase, the shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@trilor.xyz with your order details and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem by either providing a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping charges.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been used or are no longer in resellable condition
- Gift cards
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you can initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability and shipping fees may apply.
